Everything brands ask us
This site is the crypto UGC arm of the Lumina network. We brief creators who already cover Web3, film original videos for your token or exchange, post them and bill against a guaranteed view number. Cutting podcasts and Spaces into shorts is a different product that runs on another Lumina site. It’s a managed service rather than a marketplace, so one team owns strategy, editing, distribution and reporting and your team never has to coordinate creators individually.
Rhys McKay founded Lumina and still leads it. He built it after watching brands struggle with creator sourcing, inconsistent quality and endless back-and-forth, and his philosophy runs the whole operation: creators focus on creating, brands focus on growing, and Lumina handles everything in between.
Our network includes 62,900+ active creators worldwide, delivering roughly 158M+ monthly reach and 18B+ total views to date across our campaigns.
This site only runs crypto and Web3. The wider Lumina network runs the same model for other verticals on its other sites, so if you’re not in crypto we’ll point you to the right one.
It starts with a short call where we lock the brief, the do-not-say list and the view number, then come back with a campaign plan, volume and timeline before any work begins. You don’t need a long commitment to see the first batch of videos.
An agency with a managed model, so you’re never browsing profiles or negotiating with individual creators. You brief one team and receive finished, distributed content.
Every campaign closes with a performance review covering what shipped, reach and view data by platform, which hooks held attention best, and what we’d scale in the next cycle.
We run short-form creator campaigns end to end. We write the brief, match your project to creators in our verified network, produce and edit the videos, get them posted across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and X, then report on what shipped. You approve the direction and we do the rest.
No, and that’s the whole point. Your reach comes from a network of independent creator accounts rather than your own follower count, so a project launching at zero and a project with a million followers get distribution the same way.
On a CPM basis, priced per 1,000 verified views. Pricing is custom and scoped to your campaign, so a bigger budget buys wider distribution rather than a longer invoice, and you see the rate and the guaranteed volume in the same document before you commit. We don’t charge per video, because the video isn’t the outcome you’re buying, and twenty videos nobody sees is a worse result than five that travel.
Whatever is written into your campaign agreement and nothing beyond it, which is usually a view count, a number of finished videos, a number of uploads or a combination, along with the window it’s measured over and the accounts it’s measured on. If a number isn’t in that document, it isn’t a guarantee. The remedy is agreed in writing before production starts and sits in the same document as the target, so nobody negotiates it under pressure afterwards. Ask for it on the first call, because a guarantee with no stated consequence is just a sentence.
Real. Every view comes from a real creator’s audience, gets tracked on a live dashboard and passes anti-bot detection across the network. It’s the single easiest place for an agency to cheat a report, which is exactly why we let you watch the numbers move yourself.
Between 24 and 72 hours from the call, once we have your content, goals and brand guidelines. What slows a launch down is almost never production, it’s waiting on assets and approvals, so the faster those land the faster you’re live.
Every creator works from your brief, including the list of things we must never say, and our team reviews every video before it goes live, so nothing publishes without passing that review. If your legal or compliance team needs to sit in the approval chain, we build them into the workflow rather than around it.
You own them. Once the campaign is paid for, the rights in the finished videos are assigned to you fully and irrevocably, with no licence window, no renewal fee and no quiet expiry twelve months later. Paid usage sits inside the same assignment, so there’s no separate licence and no per-platform fee. If you want creator-linked ad formats like TikTok Spark Ads or Meta Partnership Ads, say so at brief stage, since those run off the creator’s own account and need their authorisation.
TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and X, usually at the same time, because running one campaign across all four is what makes a project feel unavoidable for a week rather than briefly visible on one app. Every video is cut and captioned natively for the platform it ships to, and creators are matched to the market you’re selling in rather than translated into it afterwards.
No. Influencer marketing buys a handful of posts from a few large accounts and hopes the audience overlaps, while this puts your message across a large number of creator accounts at once. That’s why the reach gets measured in millions rather than in a media kit.
